HQMS LLC wants everyone to be able to find and buy the parts they need on this website, including people who use assistive technology.
Our commitment
We are committed to making this site usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not as a separate project.
The standard we work towards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.
We treat this as a goal we work towards continuously rather than a box that is ticked once. Some parts of the site will meet it better than others at any given moment.
What we are doing
- Using clear, semantic page structure with meaningful headings
- Providing text alternatives for images that carry information
- Keeping colour contrast readable in both light and dark presentation
- Making interactive elements reachable and operable by keyboard
- Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility as they are built
Known limitations
Parts of the site rely on content supplied by manufacturers — specification documents and product images among them — which we do not control and which may not meet the same standard. Where we become aware of a barrier, we work to provide the information another way. If you need something in a different format, ask us and we will send it to you.

- What you were trying to do

We take these reports seriously, we will reply, and we will work with you to get you the information or complete the purchase you were trying to make.
