You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Pricing and availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate, but errors in price, description, specification or stock can occur. Where an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to correct it or cancel and refund the order.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; it is not acceptance. A contract is formed when we accept the order and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or the order cannot be verified — and we will refund any payment taken.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the order unless we have agreed other terms with you in writing. Card payments are processed by Stripe. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping
Shipping, carrier selection, delivery estimates and customs charges are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless an expedited guaranteed service is purchased.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product descriptions and fitment
Parts are sold as described. We take care over specifications, images and part numbers, but descriptions may contain errors and manufacturers change specifications without notice.
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment and compatibility with their engine or application before ordering and before installation. If you are unsure, contact us at sales@hqmotorservice.com before you buy — we would much rather help you get the right part first time.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, layout and design — belongs to HQMS LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer names, part numbers and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for any separate written warranty we provide, products and this website are supplied “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
