This policy explains what HQMS LLC collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to sell and ship parts to you:
- Name
- Email address
- Shipping address and billing address
- Phone number
- Business name, where you order as a business
- Reseller certificate, where applicable
We also collect basic technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — through the analytics services described below.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under their security standards.
We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may retain the last four digits and the card brand so that a payment can be identified on your order and receipt.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and target advertising. These services set cookies and may collect information about your visit. See our Cookies Policy for detail and for how to control them.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders
- To contact you about an order, a return or a question you have raised
- To provide customer support and technical assistance
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal or compliance obligations
- To improve the website and our product range
- To send marketing communications, where you have agreed to receive them
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the business:
- Payment processor — Stripe, to take payment
- Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx and freight carriers, to deliver your order
- Analytics and advertising providers — Google and Meta, as described above
- Professional advisers and authorities — where the law requires it
Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as we need them to serve you and to satisfy tax, accounting and legal requirements. Information we no longer have a reason to hold is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email sales@hqmotorservice.com and we will respond. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may have to keep records the law requires us to keep.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here, and the date at the top of this page will change.
